The initial activities of the society will include the following:

(1) The society will engage in research and education in accordance with generalized accepted standards utilized by most academic organizations in the United States. In many cases, the results of such research and education will be published and rebuttal will be permitted by any person or organization, who/which may be the subject of such research and education, provided that any such rebuttal, is determined by the society, to also adhere to such standards. All of such publications will adhere to standards of the society and will be considered to be solely opinion and will be considered to have all rights granted under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.

(2) The society will engage in the creation of policy for the practice of medicine and surgery in Pickens County Georgia. Much, if not all, of this policy will be similar to the policy created by other 501(c)(6) non-profit organizations in the United States. All of such policy will be considered to be solely opinion and will be considered to have all rights granted under the First Amendment of the Constituion of the United States of America. One or more Officers of the Society will be permitted to render expert testimony pertaining to such policy in any legal proceeding, provided that such testimony is congruent with the policy of the Society.
